ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- The Detroit Lions have fired head coach Dan Campbell and general manager Brad Holmes after two disappointing seasons. The Lions went 9-28-1 under Campbell, who was hired in January 2021 to replace Matt Patricia. Holmes was hired at the same time as Campbell, and he oversaw a roster that has few young stars. Team president Rod Wood will conduct a nationwide search for replacements for Campbell and Holmes.
